Who we are...
In 2010, Nature Aviation Services was established by three aviation professionals with a dynamic vision to create a new standard in flight operations and ground handling support in Zimbabwe. Back then, our services were limited to only landing and overflight permits for Zimbabwe as well as handling support at the eight airports in Zimbabwe.
We grew to realize that many aircraft operators were not getting the services they wanted in many countries in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region, and thus extended our services to other locations in the region. Today, we are a regional network of flight operations support in the region and through innovation, are extending into other destinations and difficult locations in Africa.

Our Services
Ground Handling Support
From the minute you touch down, our adept ground team will be ready to attend to all your on-ground needs. We manage all ground handling and logistics, including passengers disembarkation, cargo offloading, passenger/crew transportation, hotel accommodation, in-flight catering, and security arrangements. Our specialty includes VVIP jets, Business Jets, Air Ambulances, Helicopters and Cargo operations. Our licensed equipment providers are National Handling Services (NHS) Zimbabwe for passenger operations and Aviation Ground Services (AGS) Zimbabwe for cargo operations.
Overflight and landing permits
We have professionals with over 20 years dealing with landing and overflight permits as well as strong networks and good relationships with many of the players involved in the permits value chain. We can secure landing and overflight permits for ZIMBABWE, ZAMBIA, MOZAMBIQUE, SOUTH AFRICA, SWAZILAND, LESOTHO, NAMIBIA, ANGOLA, DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, TANZANIA, MALAWI AND BOTSWANA.
Fuel Facilitation
We coordinate fuel services (JETA1 and AVGAS) with the biggest and most reliable brands on the market, on very competitive terms.
Crew and Passenger Services
Nature Aviation Services facilitates customs clearances, immigration clearances, VISA, catering, airport meet and greet, crew and passenger pick up and drop off and hotel bookings. We have a long and good working relationship with many hotels and can secure accommodation at short notice at competitive rates.
